Vietgro is an international brand
established in 2013. Vietgro's main function is to research, select, produce
and market seeds, fertilizers and agricultural equipment as well as gardening
tools. Our company has two R&D centers, a main factory and many other
manufacturing facilities. After 7 years of operation, Vietgro has affirmed its
position, brand and tried to become one of the best seed suppliers in Vietnam.
In order to find new customers
and develop globally, we have already registered as a member of Alibaba.com.
After a short time, we have found that the quality of the inquiries from
Alibaba.com is much better than the ones we received from other websites.
We are pleased that our efforts
have paid off. After 4 months, we are very fortunate to welcome a visitor to our
factory. And now, that customer has become our long-term business partner.
Although our company is operating
quite effectively, we are still not satisfied. We want our products and
services to reach more global customers. Therefore, we decided to upgrade to
Gold Supplier member.
We have noticed a lot of positive
changes in our business since becoming Gold Supplier. We are no longer limited
to the number of products displayed on our booth. Over 50 types of our seeds have
been posted on Alibaba.com. Each month, we receive 40 inquiries via Alibaba.com
on average and 50% of them become potential inquiries and can lead to actual
orders.
Meeting customers’ needs and
requirements is easier with a variety of tools. We use the Trade Manager tool
because we can chat directly with our customers, thereby solving problems and answering
customer questions faster and more efficiently.
Thanks to Alibaba.com, we have been able to open the door to world
markets such as Myanmar, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Middle East and South
Africa. Although we have only been using Alibaba.com for over a year, we
understand the power of e-commerce and the value of becoming a Gold Suppliers member
of Alibaba.com.
