Gold Supplier member from: 2012
Thanh
Dat Nguyen Gia Co., Ltd (TDNG) was established officially in 2011. It was
formerly a manufacturing-exporting company with more than 10 years of
experience and long-term relationships with some domestic as well as foreign
customers. Our company has become one of the leading quality cashew nut
products in Vietnam. Since the beginning of the year, our company has more new
customers, and our revenue has increased 20%. We always not only ensure the
quality of goods and delivery time, but also meet customers’ requirements even
the smallest.
In the beginning, TDNG faced many difficulties: economic crisis, small
capital, and operation in small scale. Our human resources at that time had
many fluctuations, so productivity is not high and product quality is not
uniform.
TDNG knew Alibaba.com accidentally through a friend in 2002. However,
it was not until 2008 that we began to create a free account on Alibaba.com to explore
some new markets. After a period of time, we decided to upgrade Gold Supplier
members in 2009 to take advantage of all the useful features on Alibaba.com. Then,
a large number of customers have been dealing directly with TDNG via email and
Alibaba.com's Trade Manager tool. More and more orders have come to TDNG.
According
to statistics from the beginning of 2013 to now, every month TDNG receives over
40 letters of inquiry, about 2% of them become contracts, accounting for 66.24%
of total sales of the company. As a Gold Supplier member, TDNG also utilizes
many useful tools on Alibaba.com to promote our image and product activities.
Ukraine, Russia, USA, Canada, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Philippines, and Kazathstan
are some of our main markets.
After a period of time as a Gold Supplier member, we want to
advise import-exporters that "Alibaba.com is the e-commerce channel that helps
the connection between buyers and sellers more easily and quickly, as well as
gives sellers the best conditions to promote their products. Businesses also
need to beware of spam mails, check customers’ information before quoting a
price, and be cautious about dealing online in order to prevent competitors
from exploring the price, and avoid scam agencies as well as scam mails."
