Therefore, we decided to upgrade to Alibaba's Gold Supplier member in order to gain more customers’ trust.

Then, we noticed that our clientele was growing. Sometimes we cannot produce timely, orders are overlapping and that also becomes a big challenge for us as orders and customers increase continuously. When we are a free member, most of the small customers come to visit instead of ordering. As a Gold Supplier member, the number of inquiries increases 24 times. At present, HandViet is developing efficiently with regular quantity of orders. Every month we transfer an average of 8 to 12 containers. Our customers come from many countries around the world such as USA, Spain, Russia, Germany, Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, etc. We are constantly having the new ones and taking care of the old ones. We have 3 factories and 2 offices. Our staff are well-trained and professional.

Every year, we also receive statistical reports from Alibaba such as the number of interested customers; the number of visitors; and common keywords.
